Vietnam rose premiers last monday in ABS.
A new teleserye but a first for the diamond star.

I am not a fan of maricel but i think she's good in this show..
Vietnam rose as my kasambahay informed me was known
before as venereal disease popular among military men who
struggled during the Vietnam war.
But I think the story doesnt revolve around this controversial endemic.

The show is a lovestory and unending conflicts.
It started with a non-"Saving Private Ryan" clips of the war.
With a lunatic, low class CGI of helipcopters and explosion.
A trying hard visual effects.
Young maricel discovered that her mother is trying to have an affair
with a Filipino military.
She ran away, bump to her father during the pandemonium.
The Filipino military shot her father.
Young maricel ran away cursing her mother.
She never saw her mother until a premonition disturbed her 16 years later.

There's more to tell... But I think its better to watch it on local tv.

I thought this was a Historical accounts during the war but I guess this is brought to
another level.
Of course this is not supposed to be a college documentary..
I saw also on the news last sunday that it was the only tv show that had premier night on a theater.
ABS got something extra huh.

At the first two day of its take-off, it was a typical heavy drama.
The emotion that makes Filipino devour their TV.
Surely all the inday and lola's will have a reason to be glued on their sofa.
