Last night cadet and Jr process engr met with the EN div gods.Headed by Ms. Cristy and charistmatic leaders Ronnie and Raul.

It started with the one by one "May I know your name and how do you feel" portion.All of us took turn (more than twenty of us) in introducing ourselves and what project currently we're working on.This also the part where personal grievances and comments about the company and management style.

However inspite of that since Jphil is a different entity we have to meet some kinna standards by keeping high efficiency rate at "Competitive" Cost. She emphasized that JGC delcon in Pakistan is charging $8 compare to our current $10 rate.The bottomline is that no way increase in salary an option to our problem.

She even disputed the claims that salary is the problem and the only solution to the crisis we're facing."BAKIT pag tinaas ba ang sweldo, hindi cla aalis"So with this why bother having this meeting if she thinks differently and obviously proving that she's out of her mind.
