kitkat

Ironic it seems to be so tired and feel exhausted
even after malingering all day in the office.
I wasted my time blog hopping and surfing the net.
Going no where.
I'm almost 75% done with the book.
the identity of the mysterious Orange Girl has been revealed.
It was his childhood sweetheart.
Forgotten after the girl move-out on their neighborhood when they were seven.
Fascinating after theorizing who she was.
Even a minute clue or glimpse of toddler memory did not occur to Georg.
"How can anyone differentiate a caterpillar to a butterfly", He said.
Yes maybe he's correct.
A full metamorphisized person can be deceiving.
An interesting question he asked that if your looking for certain person,
is it better to stay on a certain place,(maybe seat on a center of the busy park or mall)
wait and try identify everyone if she's the one or try move from
place to place, wishing that you'll bump into her during your random search.
Maybe the probability is infinite. The chances are almost nil that you'll find her.
But there's fate.
I wondered if we all try to wait and not search for the person we wish
to be with, just surrender to fate that she will come, no one will ever
find the right one.
Even molecules have to move constantly even in solid state and find its equilibrium.
Hoping for a H-bond or covalent bond.
Unfortunately we are diluted and on ionic bond.
Very unstable, sensitive and easily distracted.
Catastrophic.
Yesterday during my afternoon, siesta-time, eyes opened
typing words and numbers that unnecessary for the project, I decided to stop and
go out for a cigarette break.
"It's like ten thousand fools when all you need is a knife - - A. Morissette"
Strolled around Queen's tower (mall)
Yes our office is literally a mall.
What more can you ask?
Saw starbucks. Had a frap.
Quite more expensive than manila's starbucks...
but what the heck i need it!
When I returned to my desk, I emailed her.
Asked if she's busy which I think it is the "stupidest"
question you'll ever ask.
But had the intuition that she needs a break.
So, I invited her to go down get to her senses and get her insanity
A 10 min break. Kitkat break.
She emailed back and told me she'll see me downstairs.
As soon as I saw her reply, I rushed to elevator.
Damn, when the door of the elevator opened, I saw my boss coming out.
I just smiled and ignored him. hihihi =>
I thought she's joking.
She's not there.
No, she there.
She's done with her kitkat break.
Technological lapse! the message I think is 5 minutes delayed
that's why i'm late.
But of course i wont let the opportunity pass without grabbing her
with another kitkat...

10, 9, 8.... 3, 2, 1.....

2 nights ago, I saw on Tv the launch Discovery space shuttle at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
Although the 1 dB English voice over (superseded by Nihonngo report), it was an exciting experience.

Actually it was nearly 8 minutes before take-off when I turned the TV on.
Although I want to glue myself on the bed and watch the 8 minutes preparation,
I rush to my half-filled bath tub and pamper myself with a warm and relaxing wash.
I lighted my aroma oil set (lavender) to soothe my body and hopefully take away the stress.
When I got off the tub, I was seconds before the 10, 9, .. 3, 2,1 count down.

It was ambitious step of NASA to send Discovery to orbit the space
and provide aeronautical studies after the accident two years ago.
The shuttle on the way home exploded killing all the crew.
wheeewh!

Anyway, Discovery probably can answer the question if we can live on Mars ten years from now.... hmmmph?
It's not the first time we heard it I know, but so many factors to consider there before they can conclude
that indeed human survival there is possible.

Last night I was almost half done reading "The Orange Girl" from the Scandinavian author Jostein Gaardner.
One of the character (Jorge) there is puzzled the relationship of the mentioning of hubble space telescope
on his dad's story. I cannot give a synopsis of the novel right now cause I haven't finished it yet but believe me
I want to stop working and go home to finish half of the book.

Anyway Jorge mentioned that his dad died just as NASA launched the Hubble space telescope.
If you remember hubble space telescope had a problem on its lens.
I myself didn't understand what he said but what I understood is that NASA fixed the telescope byadding
correcting mirror or lens to produce better quality image. No time for technical stuff.

Its really fascinating that sometimes we are mostly far sighted.
We have to go to space and take the image on the larger scale.
We have to move and cross miles of distance just to realize what we really don't see.

I am now living thousands of kilometers and often I feel what I love and miss.
Do i need a lens too, thick as hubble space telescope?
I'm not sure anymore, just as like the stars in nebula.

I am changing constantly.
What I feel maybe different from what I feel minutes ago when I started writting this blog.
A while ago, I was alone, now my boss is right beside me checking the documents I prepared.
Tough huh? still doing this crazy blog hahaha.

Anyway, A month ago during my first assignment here in Japan, I felt lonely almost depressed.
To the point that I wake up 12am doing chores just to remove the thoughts in my head.
I missed her alot but I'm not sure if the feeling is mutual.
I guess more of the platonic.. damn plato hehehe!
Did he invented this kind of feeling.
Why didnt he just sticked on the study of the "republic"?

Hmmp anyway that phase is over.. "home-sick" has no place here.
now I feel better!
I love the people who I'm with today.
It's really fantastic if you know you got friends and someone
that you can grab out of their chair and stroll around Kannai or anywhere on the busy alley of Yokohama.

arigato

(top: office Queen's tower and the famous feris wheel
bottom: Tokyo metropolitan govt tower)

It's been a while since I updated my blog,
I tried to create a friendster blog but I cant update it here
at japan caused they blocked it!!!
japanese not only filipinos are fun of friendster
they too go gaga with it...
if we're addict, they are ecstatic and insane,
they really love exploiting technology.

the shops here shows how they love electonics
from mp3/ i-pod on the train station to colorful cellphones

Last night I went to my officemate's pad,
and all of us were amazed with small
laptop "toy"
Although it has small memory and smaller speed compare to other
laptops, it was cool and very fascinating to see.

I forgot where she bought it but I and friends are hoping
to see the same kind at akihabara, the electronic city 30 mins away from tokyo city.

By the way I'm working at JGC-yokohama, 15 mins away from tokyo.

Here some other picture taken here in Japan during my May-June escapades..

try to upload new pictures as soon as we visit other interesting place..
maybe pictures from sea paradise and ropponggi, tokyo.
